There is nothing more frustrating to me than finding a great book, reading one or two more by the author and then finding out they are no longer being published. My flight out Friday morning was perfect, we boarded a bit late, but I've never seen such a large jet have everyone boarded and belted so fast. About once a week I get an email via my contact form asking me; "What's an .rtf format?" While I understand that not everyone has used computers since they were in grade school (or younger) a word processor is your main tool of work. All of us have made complaints about bad businesses. Hell, I did a con report last year where I did everything but name the employees responsible for a ruined evening.
